SUMMARY:Bringing Light into the Darkness: Pre-inaugural Vigil
DESCRIPTION:In solidarity with GreenFaith communities throughout the country\, the Interfaith Coalition for Earth Justice will hold a pre-Inaugural candlelight vigil\, “Bringing Light into the Darkness\,” on Wednesday\, January 15 from 5:30 – 6:30 pm at the Balboa Park (El Prado & Balboa Drive). Faith community activists and lovers of Earth will gather to shine a light of hope in the darkness of the harmful rhetoric and anticipated actions that threaten climate and social justice progress.  \n\n\n\nThe vigil will feature faith reflections and songs on the theme of light. GreenFaith is a worldwidel multi-faith climate and environmental movement. \n\n\n\nWe also encourage you to sign this GreenFaith pledge – Call to Courage. \n\n\n\nOn-street parking is nearby.   \n\n\n\nAll are welcome regardless of faith or none. \n\n\n\nFor more information\, contact Phil Petrie at phil@icejsd.org
